Check-in Code: A 4-digit code that Teks obtain upon arrival at the dental office to begin the work order.
Cloud Storage: Never lose track of a repair! All work orders and service history are conveniently stored online in perpetuity for easy access by both you and your Tek.
Dashboard: Manage all your service requests, view Tek profiles, and track repair progress in real time—all from your Tekagogo.com dashboard.
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival): Relax! We’ll keep you informed with the estimated arrival time of your assigned Tek.
Favorite Tek: They can go in and heart a Favorite Tek so they can use that person again for consistency, and request them first, and if they are not available another tek can be reached.
Messaging Window: Need to clarify something? Our live chat feature allows for smooth communication between you and a Tekagogo rep (yes, a real person!) directly through the messaging window.
Parts Needed: If additional parts are required, this status update lets you know and prompts a follow-up service call. We’ll get you back on track ASAP!
Progress Bar: The Tekagogo platform features a progress bar that provides a clear visual indicator of the current stage of your service call. This allows you to easily track the progress from the moment a Tek is assigned to the completion of the repair.
Rating System: Share your experience! Rate your Tek after each service call using our rating system. Feedback below three stars triggers an internal review for continuous improvement.

Service Call Workflow: Requesting, accepting, and completing service calls follows a clear sequence within the Tekagogo platform, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Tekagogo App: A mobile application designed exclusively for Teks to receive and manage service requests from dental offices.
